Phra AI ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Phra AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

- Voice recordings you make within the App (sent to OpenAI for transcription and translation, not stored permanently)

- Flashcards you create (stored in your account)
- SRS review history (ease ratings, review dates)
Usage Data
- App activity and feature usage (anonymised)
- Subscription status managed by RevenueCat
3. How We Use Your Information
- Voice recordings: Sent to OpenAI's API for real-time transcription (Whisper) and translation/evaluation (GPT-4o). Recordings are not stored on our servers after processing.
- Flashcards and review data: Stored securely in your account to power the spaced-repetition system.
- Subscription data: Managed by RevenueCat to validate your subscription status.
- Account data: Used to identify your account and sync data across devices.

- All data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security (RLS) enabled.
- Your data is only accessible to your authenticated account.
- Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored after transcription.

- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
- Deleted accounts and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days.
